Suuup?
Well, this is Madeline, as you might have guessed, and what's going on in my life right now?
Hmmm...
Last night was the Think Hope auction at my church. The Fish Clubbers and High Hopers served tables and did punch and appetizers and stuff while people were bidding. I bought a scroll straight from Taiwan with a Thesselonians verse on it. It's soooo cool!
And today there's the Fish Club end-of-year party. It's at Tunnel Park. Cassidy, my pastor's baby, is going to be there! She's so cute and funny, she has all these adorable facial expressions. She's about a year old now.
Me and T.C. are still working hard, especially at our new favorite subject . . . GAMING!!! YAY! T.C. is getting much better at it, and so am I. Soon we'll be the GAMING MASTERS!! MUA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Ahem. Sorry.
Tulip Time has been over for a few weeks, but who cares?! The spirit of the tulip lives on in the still-blooming flowers all over the city.
Yesterday night was the PREAKNESS and the ROLEX EQUESTRIAN GAMES!!! YAY! News on the Preakness: Friesian Fire and Pioneerof the Nile unfortunately seem out of their game, at least on the mud. Both of them raced and lost in the Derby, although Pioneerof the Nile came in 2nd. Musket Man had a close 3rd in yesterday's race, as in the Derby. Sadly, no Triple Crown for us this year. Rachel Alexandra became the first filly to win the Preakness in 85 years yesterday, and the first horse in the entire history of the racetrack itself to win from the far outside 13th post position. Mine That Bird came roaring up from last place in the final three furlongs and another length and he would have won it. This is actually the first time in racing history that the jockey of the Kentucky Derby winner gave up that mount to ride another horse in the Preakness! Calvin Borel, who rode Mine That Bird to his Derby Victory three weeks ago, traded the gelding in for the Rachel Alexandra in the Preakness. And it payed off. The filly has won her last 5 races by a combined 43 1/2 lengths! Borel says he has chosen to stay on as Rachel Alexandra's full-time rider. Mike Smith has taken Mine That Bird. Borel seems very confident in his favorite filly. He seems to think she has more talent than Mine That Bird and says, "It will take a racehorse to beat her."
That's about it so far. :D Keep reading for more updates!!

P.S. This is one blogger who doesn't care if you leave comments or not. I get the feeling no one's reading anyway.. But who cares?!
"Every underpriviledged Popcan learn how to be UnPopular in just 4 easy steps: 1. Own a brain and know how to use it. 2. Have the guts to stand up for yourself and what you believe in, especially when everyone else is acting like a total moron. 3. Be weird--make weird friends, do weird things, wear weird things say weird things, date weird things. 4. Be yourself. (OMG! Is that allowed? What will everyone think?!)" -Miss UnPleasant, Paisley Hanover Acts Out, by Cameron Tuttle
P.P.S. Hope I didn't bore you with all the Preakness stats.
